Tony Fernandes

His name is Tan Sri Anthony Francis Fernandes but he has been known as Tony Fernandes .He was born in 30 April 1964. He was born and grew up in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He is a successful Malaysian entrepreneur .He was the founder of Air Asia Airlines also he was the one who introduced the first budget no-frills, Air Asia to Malaysian with the tagline “Now everyone can fly ”. 

Tony came from a good family background  his parents were knowing as Tupperware dealers parties  , however he started to work with them .However,  we know that he continued his study not as same as some other an entrepreneur that who  dropped out their school . By 1987 he graduated from Epsom College in London School Of economic. He started to work in early age as I mentioned before. As I read about him he has got a lot of experience while he was staying in London .He worked for many companies their and got new ideas that give him the ability to introduce something new to the public.

When he came back into Malaysia. He was the youngest managing director of Warner music (Malaysia). Of course when we started a new business it will make loss first for sure and that give us a chance to correct the mistakes .Fernandes says, since 11 September 2001, Aircraft leasing costs were down 40% also airline lay-offs. Also he believed Malaysian travelers would embrace a cut-rate air service that will save them time and money, and he was right, as we can see right now Air Asia Airline is one of the most famous Airline Company in Asia. Tony used great strategies to attract and make customers love AirAsia by giving them low prices that make people save more money.

Tony never stop bringing new things to public but he also started his own new business and started hotel chain Tune Hotels. These hotels are in Kuala Lumpur and new one is going to open in Bali (Indonesia). I believe that he worked very hard for it. When some people talking  about success , most of the people think it's a destination , but they don't realize that is success is a  journey and Tony has achieve to his destinations and he is still keep going and trying to introduce new things to market and to the world. Tony has never give up and what AirAsia achieve today has came from a patience man who waited for too long to arrive to what he wanted. Now he is one of the famous businessmen in Asia .Famous, Money, awards, honors are rewards for what he has paid. Malaysia government also appreciated Tony`s work because it is helping Malaysia economic to grow up.

We learn from this man that no matter how hard is life or your goals to achieve, believe in your self that you can get to it in future and everything with time is going to be fine and successful as long as you work hard and honestly to what you love .also never give up what you want to achieve. He loved what he do and he success on it.

Gurbaksh Singh Chahal was born on 17 July 1982, Amritsar, India. He is an Indian-American author and successful Internet entrepreneur who managed to build and grow two business companies by his self. He grew up in America after his parents received a visa to go to America. He has been ranked as one of the young richest man in the world. He was the founder and the CEO of two big companies calls ClickAgents and BlueLitium and now he founded the third company calls RadiumOne and he is the CEO of it. Known to most of his friends as G. 

As we know Gurbaksh came from a good family background also his family as for many immigrants, education was paramount. However, Gurbaksh dropped out high school when he was 16 and started to follow his dreams and he started his first company calls ClickAgents .It was one of the first advertising networks focused on performance based advertising. As we can see here Gurbaksh displayed an amazing aptitude for both money and business at very early age and he own what he got now by his self. He sold the company after eighteen months later for $40 million to ValueClick.

However Gurbaksh didn't stop there and he had another goal to achieve so, he started his second company that grew his second business but this time with an insight into sophisticated new ways that data, optimization and analytics could help Web advertisers with behavioral targeting. This shows us how did he use all the advantages of market and the technology that was around to introduce his company to everyone around the world .BlueLitium was  specialized in behavioral targeting of banner adverting. By the time they announced the BlueLitium was named one of the top 100 private companies in America for 3 years. We can see also how he tried to get close to others by joining into other bigger companies like Google, Skype and Salesforce.com. He sold it to Yahoo for $300 million in cash.

From this man we learn that no matter how life is hard we still can achieve our dreams. As we can see he became a really business man who got everything in his hands. He managed to start 2 companies and at 26 years old he he is the CEO of the third company called RadiumOne. Success comes when you believe in your abilities to do it. He is now one of the richest young entrepreneurs.

Gurbaksh has many awards that he got from what he .By 2010 he was awarded the leaders in management awarded an Honorary Doctorate degree in Commercial science from Pace University. Gurbaksh`s success as an entrepreneur has also been noted in New York Times. He also has been profiled on Oprah Winfrey Show, Bonnie Hunt and EXTRA. For what I can see from Gurbaksh that he put an effort to what he do and  did what he think is right for him and his companies and do what he can change later in future. He knew how to motivate his self and how he motivated others.

Warren Edward Buffet

He was an American business investor, philanthropist and magnate. Warren Edward Buffet he was born on 30^th August 1930 at Omaha, Nebraska, US. He was a good and famous entrepreneur in the world. Warren has been ranked as one of the wealthiest people in the world. And he was the third richest person in the United state of America.  Also he was one of the most successful investor and business man in the 20^th century. He believed in his self and he had done many things by his own self without anyone`s help and he success.

He displayed an amazing aptitude for both money and business at very early age. Warren`s father called Howard Buffett and was elected to be in the United States Congress. He came also from a good family background aspect .Warren Buffett was interested in reading books and talk about where and when he graduated from high school. He was the youngest child who get into business in early age and he when he was six years old Buffett purchased 6 packs of Coca Cola from his grandfather`s grocery store for twenty five cents and he sold it to other with 5 cents profit .while he still in high school he was successful in making money and delivering newspaper. That shows us how clever and genius was Buffett in his young age. It didn’t take too long until he turned 11 years old and he took his step into the world of high finance. As we know Buffett purchased three shares for him and his sister but it fell to just from $38 to $27 per share but he held the shares until it increased to $40 per share. That how did Buffet started investing and buying shares and that gave him the opportunity to be one of the richest people in the world nowadays. Basically this shows us how Warren Buffett got his own money right now with the strength to do what he wants to do without fear.

Buffett said investing is how to look at the market, understand it and look at stocks as a business and use the market`s fluctuations as an advantage that can help you to success in future. Buffett knew that there will be in future investors and people are going to invest because it brings a lot of money and experience to them too. Buffett understood the market well and he used the advantages of the market`s fluctuations to get what he wanted also patience was the important game in investing.

People used to call him Wizard of Omaha, Oracle of Omaha. He is one of the richest people of the world and the third richest man in U.S .He .Buffett was not just an entrepreneur. Many people know him and that throw books nowadays as we can see lots of books is talking about his investment and his kindness and behave to other people. Buffett wasn’t like other people who get rich and they put bodyguards and driver around them. Buffett like to drive his own car by his self and never let driver do that and he never had a bodyguard with him even though he became famous but he never did that. That shows us how Buffett liked to do what he wants by his self as long as he could. Also he used to help poor people. He also give to a charity 99 percent of what he has. He was a perfect and kind person and that what make people remember him over and over again.

Jeff Bezos

He is an American Entrepreneur and e-commerce pioneer that he played with the internet world Jeff Bezos was born on January 12, 1964 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He loved computers since he was child and he studied computer science and electrical engineering at Princeton University, he was the founder of Amazon.com and it’s a website that allows people to buy and sell.

Jeff Bezos as a child he showed an early love and interest in how things work. He turned his parent`s garage into a laboratory and ringing electrical contraptions around his house. However, his family has moved to Miami and in that time he developed and love computers and excelled. He also became the valedictorian of his class. He started his first business when he was in high school. He graduated from his high school by 1986 with a degree in computer science and electrical engineering. 

Jeff Bezos`s life was little difficult and little challenge he chose to make a risky move into the nascent world of e-commerce.by 1994 he quit his job and move to Seattle and targeted the untapped potential of the internet maker by opening an online Book Store. He set up the office for his fledgling company in his garage and they started to create and developing software. They expanded operations into two-bedroom house. After they created everything they started to invite friends to beta test the site and invited 300 friends. As we can see Jeff Bezos has started his own business and success on it because he loved what he does and when people love what they are interest in they will success and get to what they want .Bozos was awarded an honorary doctorate in Science and Technology from Carnegie Mellon University in 2008.

Jeff opened Amazon.com named after the meandering South American River, on July 16, 1995.the success of the company was meteoritic. With no press promotions, Amazong.com sold books across the United state and in 45 foreign countries within 20 days. The sales in two months reached $20,000 a week, but before that we should talk about how many times that he didn’t success in the business and make loss before he got this all. For almost 5 or 6 years he tried his best and he created and put all his money in the site developing and stuff but he made loss and people around him used to say you will not success but he believed that in future people are going to use net to buy things instate of going to shops or other stores. So after 6 years he made success and gained double what he lost in the past. While many dot.coms of the early 90s went bust, but Amazon on flourished with yearly sales that jumped from $510,000 in 1995 to over $17 billion in 2011. 

By 2007 Amazon has announced and released the kindle, a handheld digital book reader allows user to buy, download, read and store their book selections. By the same year Bezos has announced his investment in Blue Origin, a Seattle- based aerospace company that is developing technologies to offer.

What we can learn from Jeff Bezos story is never give up and lost hope because there is always a way to do whatever you wish and want. Keep fighting the challenges to get to your dreams later no matter how much you lose as long as you believe in your self. Henry Ford

Henry Ford the son of a farmer. He was born in Greenfield , Michigan on 30^th July 1863.He dropped school at 15 years old and started to work in his father`s farm but in 1879 he decided to move and he moved to Detroit .He became an apprentice in a machine shop. He used to work and spend his evenings repairing clocks and watches to help him to survive because of his low wages. He is the founder of Ford cars Company.

After that he returned to his city after his father gave him 40 acres to start his own farms but Ford disliked farming and he spent most of his time trying to build the farm locomotive He believed he can make a change in his life. However, Ford returned back again to Detroit to work as an engineer for Edison illuminating company.

After that, Ford spent his spare time trying to build a petrol- driven motor car .His first car finished in 1896 named it The Thin Lizzie the car had no reverse gear or brakes and Ford got this idea after he read an article in World Of Science. By August 1899, Ford had raised enough money to start his own business. Some of his investors withdrew after Ford spent $86,000 without producing a car that could be sold.

By the time, Ford found twelve people who were willing to invest a total $28,000.Ford began producing of the model a car and by 1918 half of all cars in America were Ts .During the late 1910s and early 1920s the company began construction of the World`s largest industrial complex a long the banks of the Rouge river in Michigan .all the elements thats needed for automobile production can be found there like: A steel mill and other things.

By 1925 Ford was producing 10,000 cars every 24 hours and later in 1927 Ford had sold over 15,000,000 Model T cars .As we can see the company still running even after Henry for died. Henry Ford died on 7^th April 1947.He never gave up even though that he had failed two times and lost lots of money but he stood again and raised the company up.

Henry Ford was one of the people who decided to invent something in his life to keep people remember him in the future and remember what he did. He got many challenges on his way but he kept moving to his dream and as we can see nowadays Ford one of the most famous American company. Company produces a lot of cars and export to other countries also most of people in USA are using Ford until this time. One of his quotes he said “Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty. Anyone who keeps learning stays young. The greatest thing in life is to keep your mind young”. He enjoys what he does that’s why he could achieve what he wants. Sam Walton

Sam Walton was an American business man born in 29^th March 1918 near Kingfisher, Oklahoma U.S. Walton .Walton was living on a farm until 1923. Sam Walton was the founder of two American retailers, Wal-Mart and Sam`s Club .He was the patriarch of the Walton family, one of the richest families in the world.

During he was in high school Walton was athletic playing basketball and football also he became the vice president of the student body during his junior year and move to president during his senior year. Also Walton did many jobs to help his family meet their finance needs. After he joined to university of Missouri he started to work part time jobs such as waiting tables in exchange for his meals. He majored in economic. As we can see here Walton grew up throw lots of hard working to help his family as much as he could.

Walton joined to military in the US army intelligence Corps but in 1945 he left the military with the ambition of opening a department store and he started with $20,000 Loan from his father in law and also by his own saving $ 5000 , he bought a store from Butler brothers Franchise in Newport , Arkansas. From the beginning Sam makes his business success. By 1950 he leased nearby store and opened department store called Eagle but it never had the same success. We can see there were goals and dreams he wanted to achieve.

Unlike other discount retailers, he opened up in small towns where there was little competition. He attracted a lot of customers to come to his store by giving discount in everything they buy in cash and that what made most of  people go to Wal-Mart stores .by this way we can see how Walton was a genius and clever in the economic and creating a new strategies  that keep the customers around his shops always . He also used a technique of nosing around other stores looking for good employees which turned up Willard Walker a manager of the TG&Y Variety. However , nowadays Wal-Mart still as famous as before in USA and other countries because of the strategy he use and they still use until this moment that he give discount and also low prices for the cash payment and now Wal-Mart still number one in Stores world or market world.

Sam Walton died in 1992 and left his wealth to his wife and his children. The Walton family made up half of the top richest in the USA until 2005. Also Walton`s supported many charitable causes, including those of his church.

From Walton story we can understand life wasn't easy for him because he used to work but he had a dream and he saved and suffer to get to them. What we should learn from this man never feels fair of what you believe because you can get it one day but everything needs to work for it.

Lawrence Larry Page was an American computer scientist and businessman who have started his business in early age. He was born on 26 March 1973, in East Lansing, Michigan U.S. He was the founder of a website called Google with his partner Sergey Brin. 

Lawrence Larry has attended the Okemos Montessori School in Okemos, Michigan from 1975 to 1979 and he graduated from high school by 1991. he joined to college and studied a science in computer engineering and he graduated with high score with making his self proud and his family also Larry`s parents were actually both computer experts and it didn't surprise anyone that their son will be just same as his parents. So they kid was a genius kid was just like his parents also he had a dream to started his own company since he was 6 years old. From what we see here it wasn't just knowledge gave him all that but the effort he gave to get and achieve what he wanted.

In 1998 page and Bin ran Google as co-president alone along until they hired Eric Schmidt in 2001 as Chairman and CEO of Google. On April 4 2011 , Page officially became the chief executive of Google .Page is an active investor in alternative energy companies such as Tesla Motors , which developed Tesla Roadster. As in 2011 he was ranked on the Forbes list that he was the 11^th richest man in the world. As of 2012, his personal wealth was estimated to be $18.7 billion .he became a rich man because he believed in his self and created new things that could help people in future.

However, Lawrence Larry Page was with his parents as a friends and that what gave him the energy and by his parents help also who they were experts in computers and they started working on a project that we now know to be the Google search engine. He achieved his goals and what he dreamed about in the past became a true now.

As some of rich people enjoy their life and having a lot of money some of them they forget their parents but Page had a good personality because he still keep in touch with his parents because he knew that he wouldn't achieve his dream to open his own company with out their help and support .he respected the relationship between them. Now Lawrence Larry Page have become the top ten of entrepreneur of the world that people all known as a co founder of Google with his partner Sergey Brin. We can see the world know Google very well now as a search website for information and they can find whatever they want inside it.
